You’ll need to provide the following;

A broadband connection

An ADSL2+ connection or better is suitable; we can also provide Broadband services if you require.

240v power sockets and POE power network switch for the phones

These need to be available close to where you will be plugging in the phones.

wired network connections

Ethernet/wired connections; if your computers are connected to your modem/router by a wired connection, this will be suitable for installation.

Can I bring across my existing phone numbers?

Yes, you can. We can port your numbers from most carriers in UK.

There is a £20.00 (+ VAT) charge for each number you wish to bring across to us.

What if I need to upgrade my User Business VoIP Phone System package in the future?

No problems. Our Hosted PBX is so flexible, all you need to do is give us a call and let us know how many additional handsets and lines your require.
We can add any additional lines, handsets and plans to your account with ease and we’ll ship out the handsets right away!

What handsets will I receive?

Neom VOIPl offer a range of handsets include Yealink, Grandstream and others. This offer is for shipping Neom IP Phones or Refurbished Yealink handsets with this package.

How long will set-up and delivery take?
Once you've purchased this package, we'll contact you to arrange your choice of calling plans.
Once you have made a selection and we have received a signed copy of our terms of use,
you can expect set-up and delivery of the phones to occur within 3-5 business days. Complex set-up requests may delay the delivery.
