Product Conditions:


New: The product is a new, unused item in its original factory packaging and is subject to a 1 year warranty.

New / Unused Surplus: The product is a new, unused item that may or may not have its original packaging. The item has never been put into service and is subject to a 1 year warranty.

New Take Out: The product is a new, unused item that may have been previously installed in electrical equipment but has never been energized.

Reconditioned: The product is cleaned, inspected, found to be free of damage (burns, chips, cracks, etc.), fully functional, Electrically OK, Mechanically OK and the labels are intact or replaced. Item may also be painted, relabeled and have new parts installed as necessary. Reconditioned electrical equipment comes with an insulation resistance test and is subject to a 1 year warranty.

Warranty:

One Year Warranty - All New Reconditioned and/or Reconditioned with Test Report

Warranty will extend for a period of 1 year from the date the item is shipped, during which time the product will operate satisfactorily under nameplate rated load and normal usage and conditions, after proper installation.

90 Day Warranty - All Used, and Listings Sold as Warranty Item

Warranty will extend for a period of 90 days from the date the item is shipped, during which time the product will operate satisfactorily under nameplate rated load and normal usage and conditions, after proper installation.

Note: Should product fail during the warranty period, the buyer shall return the product to the seller, at the buyer's expense, for inspection and verification of warranty claim. Should the warranty claim be deemed valid, The Electric Barn will replace the item with equal value or refund the buyer the full purchase price of the product. If product is repaired or replaced under warranty, the new warranty period will extend for 90 days from the shipping date of the repaired or replaced product.Altering, tampering with or the removal of electrical labels voids all warranties.No Refunds on Labor.
