myHermes - Standard Delivery - Estimated delivery time: usually within 1-3 working days, however can take up to 5 days in some areas.

Yodel - 48 & 24 Hour Delivery - Your order will be treated as a priority and shipped the same day as purchased if ordered before 1pm Monday-Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Tracking Service available.

Small items such as buttons, cross stitch & crafts are shipped by Royal mail.

If possible, please ensure someone is available to receive any items we send to you as a signature may be required. Please contact us if you have any further delivery instructions you wish us to pass on to the courier if no one is available, otherwise your parcel will be left with a neighbour.
