* Ingredients:

- 2 Cups of Dried Hibiscus Flowers

- 2 Quarts of  Water 

- Sugar.

* Instructions:

1-  Add 2 cups of dried hibiscus flowers to 4 cups of water

2- Bring to a boil,  reduce heat to low and let it simmer for 10 minutes. 

3- Remove from heat.  Cover and let sit for 20 minutes.

4- Strain into a pitcher.

5- Add remaining 4 cups of water and sugar to taste.

6- Serve chilled over ice.
