1969 St Lucia Air Mail Cover ties 8 Stamps cancelled Victoria-Toronto

Airmail Cover with 4 Purple 1c QEII Stamps on front and 4 6c Brown QEII 

Stamps on front. Stamps are cancelled with a Framed VICTORIA 11 AP 69 

cancel on stamps and cover. Cover sent to Toronto, Canada to William 

Butler, and has been opened at bottom edge. Slight wear to edges and 

corners with some marking on both sides, mainly on back, some minor age 

wear on back flap, and some minor creasing on corners.
