We are an established company with multiple branches in different locations around the U.S. All products sold through this platform come directly from us and are cleaned, inspected, and packaged by our team.

To maintain transparency, we would also like you to know that many of our vintage products come from our warehouse, where they have been sitting on storage shelves untouched for years. To our best knowledge, all products we sell are functioning when we ship them out. We may not have the capabilities or equipment to test every product.

 

When Receiving Items:

1.    Fully Inspect before you sign the bill of lading

2.    If there is any damage to your item, do not accept the shipment

3.    Take pictures

4.    Get the delivery driver’s name

5.    Report the problem to us immediately  

Shipping 

• Most orders ship via UPS, USPS, or FedEx ground.
• Most orders ship out within 1 to 5 business days and are delivered within 2-10 business days of the order being placed.
• We send out tracking email shortly after the order ships.
• Some shipments may require signature for delivery, but most orders ship with no signature required. If signature is required, then the shipper will make up to 3 delivery attempts.
• We are currently unable to ship to the following locations: Alaska, Hawaii, Canada, or Puerto Rico.

 

Returns

We do allow returns within a 30-day period after the order has shipped. Item must be in original packaging and must be returned in order to process a refund. We will give a full refund as well as pay for return shipping. Please let us know if your product arrives damaged, broken, or is not functioning.
