BASE / VETERANS will NOT be in penny sleeves, and cards that are worth more than 9.99 will get a soft or top loader. Cards under $19.99 will ship with ebay PWE Card shipping services, anything over that will ship First Class in a bubble mailer or Box protected. We will also do Combine Shipping.
