Seat is in fair condition with obvious signs of use and wear. Top layer of the leather is dry and cracking and would rub off if subjected to constant use. The bottom layers are sturdy making the seat suitable for infrequent use as a stool. It would also be suitable as a stand to hold plants or other objects.

It would make a nice addition to any room with rustic décor.
