We accept all payments managed by eBay. NOTE: If you are making a bank deposit, please include your user ID and product code as a reference otherwise, your payment will not be identified and cleared.
- All purchases are normally shipped within 24 hours of receipt of payment (excluding weekends and holidays). Most of the items will be dispatched from our Adelaide Warehouse via Australian Post or our trusted courier partners. You will be provided with a tracking number so that you can make an informed decision.
- Standard domestic shipping (which arrives in 3-6 days excluding handling time) is free. However, Express Shipping (arriving in 1-3 days excluding handling time) is available for an extra charge. Options will be available on checkout. Regional areas can take longer.
- We only ship to the confirmed address provided by eBay, P.O. Boxes are not accepted, and ensure that your address on eBay matches your shipping address before you place an order. We are not responsible for returning an item due to the wrong address, we reserve the right to charge the postage fee to redeliver the item.
- We are always trying to guarantee that your package arrives as quickly as possible. If your order is lost, damaged, or delayed and your address is wrong in your eBay shipment details, please MESSAGE US we are happy to help you out.
Please keep in mind that some conditions, such as weather, excessive postal traffic, and shipping company performance, are beyond our control. RETURNS
We offer a 30-day return policy to our customers for a full refund if you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, but the item must be in resealable condition. For change-of-mind returns, the shipping cost is not refundable, and the buyer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. You must also provide us with your shipping tracking information, and we will provide a refund within three business days of receiving the returned item. We may charge up to a 30% restocking fee if the item is not returned in its original condition.
We offer exchange and partial or full refund, plus covering return shipping costs for defective items, damaged in transit or during delivery, and items not as described if you notify us of the problem within SEVEN (a week) days of receiving the items. WARRANTY

We will repair, replace, or refund any items that have defects in materials or parts, or that do not perform as specified except peeling for any reasons. We will also address any issues that arise due to poor workmanship. However, this warranty does not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear, accidents, misuse, mishandling, negligence, lack of maintenance, carelessness, natural disasters, improper use, kids, pets, removal or re-installation, or tampering after the product has been received by the buyer. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or lost profits that may arise from this product or its performance, even if we have been warned of the possibility of such damages. Our liability to the customer, if any, shall not exceed the price paid by the consumer. Any promises or representations that are inconsistent with or in addition to this warranty are unauthorized and will not be valid.
