Antique English Padgett & Braham Ltd Sterling Silver Match Safe CEW initials.  It is nice and heavy, and even has some matches with it.  It measures 2" x 5/8", and 2" tall.  It dates to 1921.  It has some scratches and wear as to be expected on the surface.
