HP Slate 7 HD - tablet - Android 4.2 - 16 GB - 7" - 3G “Faulty”

Here I have HP Slate 7 HD in excellent condition hardly used as you can see from the photos however this item comes with a fault as you might have noticed in the photos that tablet has image problem one side mirrored onto the opposite side, other than that all works fine, this tablet takes sim card but I am not sure if it is unlocked.
