A beautiful and well-preserved piece of Pennsylvania history, showcasing the state at the end of the 19th Century. Allegheny would be annexed by Pittsburgh in 1907, after Pennsylvania law was revised to allow the merger to take place, despite most residents being opposed. A wonderful map for framing and preservation.
