How to combine shipping for buy it now auctions:

Make an offer on the item.  I will accept.  The item then does not need to be paid until you send me a request for a total invoice.  I will combine the shipping with your invoice.

Shipping is via 1st class mail, no tracking, unless otherwise negotiated.  International shipping can be negotiated.
