This skirt is new with the tags on it. The tag calls this color Midnight but it looks like a cross between washed dark blue and washed black to me. I had bought it for my daughter and she never wore it. She has now lost weight and it no longer fits. This skirt is flattering on. Please check the measurements.

Across the top of the waistband it measures 14” when lying flat. It measures 16.5” right below the front pockets. It measures 18.5” at the bottom of the zipper.
