At this time, we only accept payment via PayPal.

Our business days are Monday-Friday, excluding holidays. Orders ship 1 business day after payment is recorded. Orders may ship USPS Priority Mail or FedEx, depending on the buyer's location and item quantity/size. Most desktop orders will ship FedEx. Bulk desktop orders may ship UPS Freight. We will contact the buyer for more information if we need to ship freight.

We can not accommodate special shipping requests for items sold with free shipping.

At this time, we unfortunately do not offer international shipping, shipping to Alaska and Hawaii, or shipping to APO/FPO addresses. We are NOT responsible for any non-domestic shipping charges if you choose to export the item out of the country to avoid our shipping policy. We are NOT responsible for the shipment of any items after they have been delivered to the eBay provided address. We reserve the right to cancel any order that does not have an appropriate United States shipping address.

Returns

Any items that arrive not as-described in the listing are eligible for return. If you are unsatisfied with your order, please contact us before opening a return case.
