 This silver vinyl case is a second issue in 1999—it has the lighter and smoother gray Platinum Membership card.  The kit also includes the packet of Platinum Limited Edition Beanie Babies Collector’s Trading Cards (15 cards), an Original Nine Coin, a Checklist, a Certificate, and a Newsletter.
