Metal powder spray welding torch, oxyacetylene flame
self-fluxing alloy powder spray welding torch is to use the high temperature
generated by the combustion of oxyacetylene flame to deoil and rust the
workpiece in advance with oxyacetylene The flame combustion is heated to
generally 300-400oC, and then the nozzle is 120-150mm away from the surface of
the workpiece, and the self-fluxing alloy powder is uniformly sprayed and
deposited on the surface of the workpiece through the oxyacetylene flame, and
then melted by the flame until the surface appears mirror reflection, gradually.
By moving the melting position, the alloy powder and the base metal of the
workpiece are dissolved, diffused and penetrated to each other to form a dense
and firm metallurgical bonding layer. If a variety of alloy powders are
selected, the enhanced surface layer with different properties such as wear
resistance, corrosion resistance, high temperature resistance and impact
resistance can be achieved.

Precautions:
1. After the spray gun is installed with the powder hopper, the powder valve
switch cannot be turned on before ignition, so as to avoid blockage and affect
the use.
2. During the use of the spray gun, due to factors such as uneven particle size
of the powder or dampness of the powder, the powder valve switch fails and the
powder is blocked. It should be repaired in time before it can be used, and it
is necessary to use dry powder.
3. The spray gun should be cleaned regularly to prevent the gas pipe hole from
being blocked and affecting the use.
4. After the spray gun is finished, the acetylene gas can be turned off first,
and then the internal pipeline is blown out with oxygen. After the cleaning, the
spray gun and the hose should be hung up together to prevent dust and impurities
from entering the spray nozzle and affect the normal use.
