Vintage German Wind Up Lithograph Tin Metal Toy Bird December 27, 1927 tin toy.

Not sure what the windup is supposed to do maybe make bird sounds? It is extremely clean and a good example of this toy. Feet seem stationary or might need to be bent so that the windup works.
