Sony PS-X555ES supplemental counterweights

The Sony PS-X555ES is a outstanding turntable, but it has a small issue: by default it only supports cartridge/headshell combinations with a weight between 10g and 15g. It came with a supplemental counterweight to support up to 19g, which most owners have lost. Also, what happens if we want to use a heavier cartridge/headshell? For example the Audio Technica AT33PTG/2 installed in an Ortofon LH-6000 headshell is a beautiful combination, but it weights 21g..

We offer two different options for supplemental counterweight, supporting up to 23g:

Light counterweight: this is equivalent to the original supplemental counterweight. Supports between 14g to 19g

Heavy counterweight: this supports between 18g and 23g

We also offer the two counterweights in a kit, so your turntable can support the full range from 10g to 23g
