Focal Reducer Speed Booster Adapter for Canon EOS EF Lens to Olympus Micro 4/3 Mount Cameras 

Description:

In common lens adapters, cropping effect occurs in all APS-C digital cameras with 1.5x magnification. This adapter reduces focal length to 0.72x , to adjust the image size to near 1:1 so that the focal length of the image is close to actual focal length of the lens, e.g. 50mm x 1.5 x 0.72 = 54mm. 

Allows focus infinity. Switching camera to "Shooting without lens" mode is essential.

Function:

1. Reduce the focal length (by 0.72x wider)

2. Effectively increases the maximum aperture of the lens by 1 stop
(in other words, under the same aperture, you can use faster shutter speed (by 1 stop).

3. It helps to increase the maximum aperture to 1 stop, and you can use it faster by 1 stop.

4. Blue spot will occur if lens is shot to sunlight or lamp directly.

5. It cannot be used in EF-S lens. No external aperture ring, aperture cannot be adjusted.

6. Allow focus to infinity

Settings:

1 . Put red marks of the adapter and lens collar together.

2 . Turn the adapter anticlockwise till the fixative click.

3. Mostly it will use Manual or Av mode.

Removing:

To remove the adapter you should un-press fixative pin and turn the adapter clockwise.
