FAQs

Does this item come up larger than the standard sizes?

Our normal products usually matches the dimensions given above.  However, occasionally when there are shortages we use other brands. If you are concerned about the size, please contact us to check, or order the next size up.

 

I love the glitter, but is it safe for children?

Yes the glitter we use is extremely safe once it has been bonded to the fabric.  It should last through the wash and be safe for children.  But occasionally there may be specs left from where it was placed near the product before pressing but they usually brush off, or disappear when washed.

 

How long will the vinyl design last?

The design should last the lifetime of the product, but occasionally the design can lift slightly.  The process should weld the vinyl design to the bodysuit but due to extremely cold weather or tumble drying it can begin to life at the edges. The best way to resolve this is to iron the back of the design with a dry iron.  This should re-activate the initial weld and restore the design, but please do not hold the iron on the item for bursts longer than 10 seconds.

 

Can I personalise the design?

As we handmake each item according to the order, we can add a name or short message to most designs.  In some cases we can completely change the wording so it fits your requirements.  If you would like some changes made please just message/chat to us, and we will do our best to help.

 

Can I change the colours?

As we handmake each item according to the order, we can often change the colours within specific designs.  We will try to help, except during busy periods like Christmas, Easter, Halloween and Valentines.

 

Can I place Bulk Order?

Yes, you can.  We often do orders for business, family events and occasions, so please just message/chat to ask.

 

What is Vinyl?

Vinyl is a type of PU film that is specially produced to 'weld' onto fabrics, and similar items creating the design. All our vinyl's are environmentally friendly and PVC free.  The majority of the vinyl that we use contains recycled polyester, and all of the non-recyclable plastic waste produced during the vinyl's manufacture is used to produce electricity. 

 

Many of our vinyl's are EN71-3:2019 Certified.  The test report is available on request.

Colours may vary from image, as it depends on your monitor settings.

Designs and Sizes of garment may differ slightly due to production and manufacturing processes.  Some designs make need to be 'reconfigured' to fit size, or ensure that your message or name is included.

 

Postage

Free Postage is 2nd class only.  Please let us know if you require faster or tracked delivery

Please allow a few extra days for postage (ie up to 10 for 2nd class) particularly around holidays and special events.

Please also note that no small letter/ package will be trackable by Royal Mail unless 24 Hour Signed Delivery is requested.

 

Delivery

Our personalised items are usually sent out within 3 working days, but if you require an item for a specific date, please let us know so we can make sure it leaves us in good time.  Our blank or pre-prepared items are usually sent out within 24 hours of your order.

 

Returns

We accept returns up to 14 days.

As per Trading Standards, personalised items and those made for specific occasions cannot be returned unless faulty.
