Return/Exchange Policy:
We only accept returns on unused and unopened items, with the exception of tools/piercing equipment where a picture is needed to prove the defective part of the tool. Any returns must be made within 30 days after receiving the item. 

Please retain all contents of a received package to ease the returning process, this includes: the invoice/packing slip, any tagged plastic bags w/info # and specifics and all merchandise.
