Generally, all orders are sent from our warehouse with a Royal Mail tracked 48/ DPD service depending on the size of the product. Tracking will be provided for all orders once the order has been dispatched.

Orders will be dispatched within the stated dispatch time.

We offer premium next day delivery at an additional cost which can be seen on the product page or at the checkout.

If orders do not arrive on-time tracking information can be checked or please contact us through the eBay messaging service and our customer service team will resolve any issues.

We offer a 30-day refund policy as standard and the buyer will pay return postage unless there is an issue with the order.

If the item you received arrived damaged, doesn't match the listing description, or if it's the wrong item, then we will either resolve the issue by sending a pre-paid label and process a refund or replacement depending on your preference.

Once a return is received at our warehouse, our warehouse team will inspect it and our customer service team will then process a refund/ replacement.
