The cassette itself is in very good condition. I have play tested the first 5 minutes of each side and it plays well.

The case is strong and free of cracks or major issues but has some light scuffing to each side. 

The inlay is in very good condition with no serious issues such as tears or pen but with some minor signs of age.

Overall it is in very good condition and plays well.
