Folding stool or bench for achieving optimal posture during practice of meditation for mindfulness, yoga or prayer. The stool is hand made by a cabinet maker and meditation practitioner to the ideal ergonomic shape. All edges are rounded over to avoid distracting pressure points. Material used is sustainable Swedish pine, finished to a high standard with showerproof varnishes enabling the stool to be used both indoors and, in fine weather, outdoors as well.

To use.

Kneel down on the floor, place the opened stool over the ankles ensuring the stool legs are fully open, gently sit back onto the stool raising you knees clear of the floor for the perfect no-stress posture with no painful distracting pressure points.

The stool supports you below the upper thighs to give perfect balance and assist concentration.
