Bracelet is lucite.
I am not sure about the necklace. Plastic or could be lucite.
The color is not a bright blue. It is more of a turquoise or teal color. The camera just doesn't get it correct.

Necklace is 16" straight, unhooked
Bracelet is 3" across the center
