Lezen SVP:

Tenzij anders vermeld, komt het item uit een privécollectie en verkeert het in gebruikte maar goede staat. De staat en leveringsomvang zijn te zien in de tekst en foto's. De foto's maken onlosmakelijk onderdeel uit van de advertentie. Accessoires zoals originele verpakking of aanbouwdelen worden alleen meegeleverd als deze ook op de foto’s staan. Als er ernstige beschadigingen door mij zijn geconstateerd worden deze vermeld in de tekst en zijn zichtbaar op de foto's. Het is uw eigen verantwoordelijkheid hier goed naar te kijken en te lezen.

Bij de advertentie staat een drie-letterige code;

OVP = originele verpakking van de leverancier met de juiste codes.

AVP = alternatieve verpakking. Kan origineel van het merk zijn maar niet met het juiste artikelnummer of een ander doosje.

GVP = geen verpakking. Het artikel wordt verpakt in papier of plastic.

Kopen

Aankopen dienen uiterlijk 3 dagen na aankoop te zijn betaald. Indien het een veiling betreft is dat 3 dagen na verzenden factuur. De betaal opties worden beheert door eBay, ik heb hier geen invloed op. Om gecombineerde verzending te gebruiken, plaatst u eerst alle artikelen in het winkelwagentje en betaalt u vervolgens voor alle artikelen. Als u biedt op een veiling én u maakt gebruik van “nu kopen”, vraag dan na aflopen veiling, als u al uw inkopen heeft gedaan bij mij, de totalen aan via de knop bij Ebay. Als u alle artikelen afzonderlijk koopt (met verzendkosten), is achteraf geen terugbetaling van de verzendkosten mogelijk (voorwaarden eBay/PayPal).We behouden ons het recht voor om de aankoop zonder commentaar te annuleren als de betaling niet op tijd is gedaan.

Verzenden

Afhalen is niet mogelijk. Verzending gebeurt, tenzij ander vermeld, door DHL en altijd met track-and-trace-code naar het op eBay vermelde adres, met verbod afleveren bij buren. Zodra DHL mij meldt dat het pakket is afgeleverd, is dat de informatie die voor mij leidend is. Ik accepteer geen claims van "niet ontvangen pakket" als DHL het afleveren van het pakket heeft bevestigd. Van alle verzonden pakketten worden foto’s gemaakt voor verzending. Eventuele beschadiging dient binnen 12 uur bij mij gemeld worden.

De verzendkosten zijn de kosten van DHL/PostNL + de kosten van verpakkingsmaterialen (doos, bescherming, tape, etiketten etc) + eBay-kosten en bedragen € 9,- Als het binnen Nederland blijft én het in de brievenbuspost past (ter beoordeling aan mij) zijn de kosten € 5,50. U kiest dan bij verzenden voor “standaard verzending”. De verzending is dan zonder track and trace of verzekering. Kiest u voor "Verzending met ontvangstbevestiging" (€ 9,-) wordt het brievenbuspakket binnen NL via PostNL verzekerd verzonden. Uw keuze is uw verantwoordelijkheid en definitief.

Naar buitenland is verzending € 17 en kan door DHL of PostNL worden gedaan (mijn keuze). Gecombineerde verzending mogelijk tegen één maal de hoogste verzendkosten van alle objecten (bij veel objecten kan er een toeslag komen voor het gewicht van € 2,50)

Douane kosten zijn voor rekening van de koper en worden niet door mij vooraf geregeld. Vertraging of zoekraken van een pakket bij de douane is voor risico van de koper.

Ik ben een particuliere hobbymatige verkoper, verkoop van privé artikelen geschied volgens EU-Richtlijnen zonder garantie of omruilrecht, u ontvangt geen aparte factuur. In de aankoopgeschiedenis van eBay vind u een overzicht van wat u gekocht heeft. De koper verstrekt feedback na ontvangst van de goederen, daarna verstrekt de verkoper feedback.

Op de foto’s is een zilver engeltje te zien, deze is géén onderdeel van de koop. Het dient uitsluitend om het copyright aan te tonen en te laten zien dat alle objecten geheel zijn gecontroleerd en gefotografeerd.

Door op nu kopen te klikken of een bod te doen, gaat u akkoord met alle bovenstaande voorwaarden.

The ad has a three-letter code;

OVP = original packaging from the supplier with the correct codes.

AVP = alternative packaging. May be original of the brand but not with the correct item number or another box.

GVP = no packaging. The item is packed in paper or plastic.

Buying

Purchases must be paid no later than 3 days after purchase. If it concerns an auction, this is 3 days after sending the invoice. The payment options are managed by eBay, I have no influence on this. To use combined shipping, first place all items in the shopping cart and then pay for all items. If you are bidding on an auction and you use "buy now", ask after the auction, if you have done all your purchases with me, the totals via the button on Ebay. If you buy all items separately (with shipping costs), there is no refund of the shipping costs afterwards (Ebay/PayPal conditions). We reserve the right to cancel the purchase without comment if payment is not made on time.

Shipping

Pick up is not possible. Unless otherwise stated, shipping is done by DHL and always with a track-and-trace code to the address stated on eBay, with no delivery to neighbors. As soon as DHL notifies me that the package has been delivered, that is the information that is leading for me. I will not accept "package not received" claims if DHL has confirmed delivery of the package. Photos are taken of all sent packages before shipment. Any damage must be reported to me within 12 hours.

The shipping costs are the costs of DHL/PostNL + the costs of packaging materials (box, protection, tape, labels etc) + eBay costs and are € 9,- If it stays within the Netherlands and it fits in the letterbox post (at my discretion ) the costs are € 5.50. In that case, you choose "standard shipping" when sending. The shipment is then without track and trace or insurance. If you choose "Shipping with confirmation of receipt" (€ 9,-), the letterbox package will be sent insured within NL via PostNL. Your choice is your responsibility and final.

Shipping abroad is € 17 and can be done by DHL or PostNL (my choice). Combined shipping possible at one time the highest shipping costs of all objects (for many objects there may be a surcharge for the weight of € 2.50)

Customs costs are for the account of the buyer and are not prearranged by me. Delay or loss of a package at customs is at the buyer's risk.

I am a private hobby seller, sales of private items are done according to EU guidelines without warranty or exchange rights, you will not receive a separate invoice. In eBay's purchase history you will find an overview of what you have bought. The buyer provides feedback after receiving the goods, then the seller provides feedback.

The photos show a silver angel, this is not part of the sale. It is for the sole purpose of proving copyright and showing that all objects have been fully checked and photographed.
