Orders

All orders will be sent as a continuous order unless requested. E.g. If you order 8 x 1 metre this will come as one piece of 8 metres unless requested otherwise.

Shipping

Our standard free postage is sent via Royal Mail 2nd class. This is not a tracked service and can take between 3-5 working days. Items ordered using this service are sent folded. For larger orders we may send rolled but this is based on the size of the order.

For £2.99 we offer First Class Postage via Royal Mail-this is not  a tracked service and normally arrives within 1-3 working days

For £9.99 we offer a next day service which is sent on a roll via Parcelforce. This service is only available to Mainland UK and takes 1 working day (No deliveries on Saturday)

Returns

We accept returns up to 30 days, they must be returned to us in a saleable condition. We advise when returning the item to do it through eBay as the item is then tracked. If there is a fault with the cloth then we will pay the postage for all other reasons the buyer is liable.

We don't want to inconvenience you by having to return the fabric. Therefore we offer a sample service to and we strongly recommend making use of this service to ensure the colour is correct (colours do vary depending on your computer settings).
