The Fiamma F45eagle motorised awning is suitable for wall installation on motorhomes. This model is made up of a Polar White 466cm aluminium casing, housing a Royal Grey awning fabric that extends out to 250cm. Fitted with a compact 12V motor, this awning is easily operated using the supplied wall mountable. The motor kit also allows manual closing in case of an emergency. The integrated Wind Detection System sensor automatically activates the 12V motor in high winds, closing the awning to avoid possible damage. The self-supporting arms are reinforced with a duralumin support block, strengthening and keeping the canopy taught without the need for support legs. The angle of inclination of the supporting arms is prefixed at 10 degrees but can be altered to suit the height of motorhome from 5 degrees to 17 degrees, ensuring the correct flow of water over the canopy. A double guide in the awning’s front lead bar allows for installation of two optional front panels and other accessories. LED cable ducts on the awning’s arms allows for passage of cables for optional LED light kits.

Damaged, faulty and incorrect parts delivered

Upon receipt of your order you have two working days to advise Just Kampers of any damage or shortages. If your goods are damaged, faulty or not the correct parts that were ordered, please contact us via eBay messages Mon-Fri 8:30am to 5:30pm and request a Returns Form.

If we have your email address we will email you a prepaid Postage Form with a Returns Number, please attach this to your parcel and once received we will process your Return. If we do not have your email address we will provide you with a Returns Number which must be quoted on your parcel. Please obtain a receipt for your postage costs, we will refund the postage if the issue is the fault of Just Kampers.

We will refund any delivery charges you've paid, provided you return the full order (UK orders only).
If you are unable to check the goods upon receipt, please note "NOT CHECKED" on the delivery papers before you sign for the goods. You then have two working days to check for damage/shortages, as stated above.

Incorrect Parts Ordered, Goods not Required

If for any reason you have ordered the incorrect parts, we offer a 14 day (from delivery date) refund policy, subject to the goods being returned in unused, perfect condition, with the original packaging still intact and not defaced. Customers must meet the cost of return carriage on correctly supplied goods.

Any returns after 14 days are at our discretion and a 15% restocking fee will be charged. No returns will be accepted after 90 days. Whilst Just Kampers make every effort to provide correct information and goods, it is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure the goods are correct before fitting/use.

Condition of Returns

It is important that returned items are in the best possible condition, so please take reasonable care of them and keep all packaging.
When returning goods, the buyer is responsible for the repackaging of the goods and they remain the customers responsibility until they arrive at our warehouse, so please obtain proof of posting/delivery. Just Kampers regret that postage/packaging/insurance costs are non-refundable, unless goods received are faulty or received in error.
