The Consumer Contracts Regulations state that consumers have the right to what is commonly referred to as a 7 day cooling-off period. If you change your mind, you are legally entitled to cancel the purchase and receive a full refund within 30 days, making the goods available to be restocked by us the supplier. The buyer is responsible for paying all costs associated with the return of the goods.
You must notify us in writing via the Ebay messaging system within 7 days of delivery.
We are happy to refund or exchange the item (subject to stock availability) providing it is returned unused, uninstalled and in a resalable condition in its original packaging together with all accessories.
Once the goods are delivered and signed for, they become your responsibility. Although we accept returns for 7 days from the delivery date, any transit damage to the goods, shortages or incorrect goods supplied must be noted upon delivery of the consignment and reported within 24 hours in writing in order for you to claim a free replacement.
Anything reported to us outside this time frame of 24 hours is subject to additional charges.

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have up to 7 working days after you have received your delivery to cancel your order via email to our customer service team.
Under the consumer contracts regulations, you have 14 days to return a product to us for a full refund, providing it is unused and in a saleable condition. Where a product is faulty, damaged or described incorrectly, we will refund the original delivery charge, but not when a product is simply unwanted*.
Except for faulty items, we only accept returns of items that are in the same physical condition as they were supplied. You must also have taken reasonable care to not mark or damage the product. If trying to see if items fit, with health or hygiene sensitivities, such as toilet seats, we will not refund these products if the shrink wrap around the seat has been opened.
All returned items will be inspected upon receipt. If there is evidence that the products are not in the same physical state and reasonable care has not been taken with them, then unfortunately you will not be eligible for a refund.

We cannot be held responsible for any 3rd party costs or compensation in any way for damage to ANY item or any other goods during installation or delivery.
We provide a full refund for items purchased within 7 days if you are not completely satisfied as long as the item has not been installed and is in a condition where it is resalable in its original packaging.
Please make sure when returning any item, the item in question are in the condition you received them in with its original box and packaging.

If any goods are returned without due care and damage is caused during transit, we will not be obliged to offer you a refund, so please ensure that the item is packaged securely so that no damage can occur. If you are sending any items back to us, please attach a completed RETURNS FORM with the return of your item.

Once your delivery date has been confirmed by telephone your purchase will leave our warehouse. Please note we do not dispatch any large palletised items without confirming this with you, the buyer, by telephone.
The subsequent delivery is provided by a third party courier company (a parcel or pallet delivery company) and once the goods have left our warehouse the subsequent delivery is controlled solely by the chosen delivery company.
All delivery schedules are best estimates and while we endeavour to get your item to you on the day specified we cannot guarantee a time.
In the event a delivery has been scheduled and your goods have been dispatched and you are unable to take delivery of your goods, additional delivery charges will apply and the goods will not be rescheduled for delivery until these costs have been paid. Our usual warehouse hours for dispatch of goods are Monday to Friday between the hours of 8am to 12pm.
