We build golf shafts for serious golfers based on

“CLUB LENGTH” NOT SHAFT LENGTH

“CLUB LENGTH” sometimes called “Playing Length” is a measurement of the entire golf club including the club head as measured by the U.S.G.A. 60 degree measuring system, just like the club manufacturers use in their golf club specs.

PLEASE DO NOT SEND A MESSAGE ABOUT A “SHAFT LENGTH”

measured from this to that or including this but not including that. We will not try to sort out what you mean. WE BUILD SHAFTS BASED ON “CLUB LENGTH” only NOT SHAFT LENGTH.

New Project X HZRDUS Smoke Blue RDX PVD TX Shaft For TaylorMade Stealth Plus Fairway Woods. Choose Flex, Grip & Length.

To make the best, you have to use the best. Project X has teamed up with Hexcel®, a global leader in composites technology for aerospace and military operations, to utilize their HexTow® carbon fibers. Hexcel’s HexTow® carbon fiber represents the highest quality aerospace-grade carbon fiber delivering superior performance on some of the world’s most advanced aircraft. Players are always chasing that perfect balance of feel and stability from a golf shaft. Something not too boardy, but not too whippy; the ideal amount of smooth yet stable is the holy grail. With a unique bend profile that strategically changes per flex for player optimization, and the use of Hexcel’s HexTow® carbon fibers, Smoke Blue RDX is a shaft that ticks all these boxes. Smoke Blue RDX is a counterbalanced design that features a soft midsection to maximize shaft load and feel while maintaining a stout butt and tip section to keep up with all swing speeds and provide a stable feel through impact. Smoke Blue RDX is available in a gloss black finish, PVD Blue finish and a limited edition U.S.A. themed PVD Blue version exclusively through Performance Fitting Centers.

Shaving strokes off your golf game is TOUGH! And even though most of us can't spend Mondays testing clubs and shafts like the Pros, you can improve the consistency and performance of your clubs with a shaft upgrade from TourShaft. At TourShaft we're here to help you play your best golf with:

Has this ever happened to you? You just hit it stiff on the last hole. You make the same great swing on the next hole only to end up in trouble? "What the #?%#! was that," you ask? If you're not playing the right shaft, you're forced to compensate and you can't make your best swing. Do you ever feel like you're having to "wait" on the clubhead or time it just right to hit the fairway? If you're going to spend your valuable time playing golf and your hard earned money on the best clubs, finding the right shaft is the best investment you can make in your golf game!

Do You Know Your Number?

Finding the perfect shaft isn't easy but the best place to start is with shaft flex. At TourShaft we've frequency tested the game's best shafts. You can see how they stack up on our TourShaft Flex Chart (see photos). The higher the number, the stiffer the shaft. And, although a lot of factors go into fitting a golf shaft, knowing your number will have you on your way to finding the ideal shaft for your game and yards ahead of the competition!

As you can see, it's not as simple as A, R, S or X. One company's regular flex may be stiffer than another company's stiff. Some stiff shafts are stiffer than some X shafts and so on. Does it matter that much for the guy shooting 110? Probably not. But, if you're serious about your game, give yourself the best chance to score well and get that new club working for you, not against you! Would you buy a brand new car and drive around on flat tires? No way! The Pros don't play off the rack, mass produced shafts from Peter's Sporting Galaxy. Why should you?

...And then there's TEMPO:

Fred and Bob have about the same swing speed but Bob is killing Fred off the tee with his new driver. Fred gives it a try but can't hit his a** with it. What's the deal? Tempo! While Bob's transition is silky smooth, Fred hammers it from the top like a gorilla chopping firewood, loading the shaft more and requiring a stiffer shaft than Bob.
