Statue of Liberty costume.
Made in the early 1980s. Worn once.

Includes: torch, crown, tablet, drawstring adjustable top, drawstring adjustable skirt, toga, and a rosette for your shoulder (plus a diaper pin to attach it).

Women's large, but there are drawstrings on the top and skirt so the size adjusts quite a bit, and there is a large hem at the bottom where you could make it longer (or shorter) if necessary.

In the photo of the toga, it is folded in quarters. It's over 100" in diameter. Fold it in half when you wear it to get the layered effect in the photo of the Halloween parade.

I dyed some drapes and a tablecloth gray. Because they were made of shiny material (polyester and possibly linen), they look silver.

I got a book from the library so I could study and recreate the details of the torch, tablet, and crown.

The crown could use a new layer of poster board and silver spray paint on the points as they were bent at some point during 3 moves and over 40 years in storage.

Returns accepted only if in original condition (not worn by you).
