The Hawk Kite from Defenders is an effective and humane bird deterrent. It protects crops, ponds, newly seeded areas and allotments from damage caused by unwanted flocking birds such as starlings, crows, pigeons and seagulls. The bird repellent kite comes with a 4m fibreglass telescopic pole, providing a complete kit which is easy to set up. The fibreglass pole is lightweight, strong and corrosion resistant, only needing a light breeze to make the Hawk Kite swoop and dive realistically, driving nuisance birds away. Install the kite where there is at least 7m of overhead clearance and 2.5m clearance on all other sides to maximise the effectiveness. Full instructions are provided to make set-up of the Hawk Kite as quick and easy as possible. The kite is decorated with a realistic, life-like hawk pattern so it wont look out of place on allotments or small-holdings.
