How to use the product:

The recommended dose of Numark Sleeping Tablets is 2 tablets, once a night.

Swallow the Numark Sleeping Tablets with water 20 minutes before you plan to go to bed.

Ingredients:

Ingredients: Diphenhydramine Hydrochloride 25 mg.

Other Ingredients: Anhydrous lactose, microcrystalline cellulose, maize starch, stearic acid and silicon dioxide.

Side effects:

Like all medications, Numark Sleep Aid can have side effects, although not everyone will experience them. These include:

- Tiredness, drowsiness, Reduced attention, Unsteadiness, dizziness, Dry mouth.

- Symptoms of allergic reaction, e.g. rash, shortness of breath, swelling, Blurred vision, Palpitations or irregular heartbeat.

- Muscle twitching, convulsions, Headache, Pins and needles, Nausea and vomiting.

- Thicker bronchial mucus Difficulty passing urine.

If you experience these or any other side effects while using this product, stop use and speak to your doctor or pharmacist right away.

Hazards and cautions:

Numark Sleeping Tablets are not recommended for those under 16 years of age and are not to be used by elderly people who suffer with confusion.

Do not take Numark Sleeping Tablets if you are allergic to diphenhydramine hydrochloride or any of the other listed ingredients.

- You should not use Numark Sleeping Tablets if you have a blockage in your stomach or gut, or a peptic ulcer.

Speak to your doctor or pharmacist before using this product if you:

- Have asthma, bronchitis or COPD (Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease).

- Have narrow-angle glaucoma.

- Have an enlarged prostate or urinary retention.

- Have moderate to severe liver or kidney disease.

- Have myasthenia gravis, epilepsy, or seizure disorders.

This product will have a expiry of 12 months or over.

Delivery

Once we have received your order, out duty pharmacist or a suitably trained member of the pharmacy team will contact you to ensure that the product is appropriate to use. Once we have spoken to you, your order will be shipped on the same day (if before 13:00) or the next day.

We dispatch orders using the Royal Mail service and various other couriers. Delivery in the UK typically takes 2-7 working days.

Orders are usually dispatched within 1 working day of being placed.

The Royal Mail delivery service that we use classifies UK destination parcels, which take over 5 working days from the day of dispatch for delivery as "Delayed". Returns
