The envelope is in very good condition; the flap is not sealed. 

NOTE: For multiple purchases, I will use the shipping costs for the item with the highest shipping fee and then charge $.15 per additional item.  The maximum shipping cost will be $3.00.  I ship any number of stationery item for $3.00.  If you do purchase multiple items, please be sure to ask for a revised invoice.
