Rich deep purple and an interesting herringbone fancy cancel. The key stamp of the lower values of the set rarely encountered in used grades higher than 90. Only 13 used examples have been graded 90 by PSE, and only 9 have graded higher. SMQ is way off base on 235 used in my opinion.
PSE no longer encapsulates stamps so if you like a collectible investment that you can safely admire and won’t ever lose its grade then encapsulated is the right stamp for you.
