- The colour you see on your screen and what is printed can vary. As all monitors are different brightness and colours, we cannot guarantee a colour match, therefore we cannot refund if there is a colour variation from your monitor.
- We do not edit your design. We print what is provided. This means we can only print as high of quality you provide.
- We cannot guarantee a colour match on all images as monitor screens vary, however we do print with a calibrated system and will get as close as we possibly can to your image. Due to this, there is a slight variation in colour based on what you see and what is printed.
- We cannot print images that are trademarked. Please ensure you have the right to have the images printing before purchasing.
- We do not split rolls. One roll = One design :) This helps us keep shipping free and overall costs down for your orders.
- Stickers are supplied on cut according to size of stickers for below 250 quantity. ( Example: 51mm stickers will be cut every 4 stickers at a time.)
- Once order is placed, please send your design to the email address shown on our 'Business Seller Contact Details' (Please provide your order number while sending artwork.)
- To avoid production delays, please provide your designs according to specifications which we described. Please adjust your design according to descriptions before ordering.
- Whenever we receive your design, we will control your design documents. If everything is suitable to start production, we will prepare print check files and will send them to you for your confirmation. Production will start after your confirmation. If we find any issues with your supplied artwork, we will share our concerns with you. And this will cause delay for production start. Please note that this will delay the production lead time advised by eBay (please do not follow eBay lead times)
- Please note that we are not able to start production without customer confirmation to the print check files that we will provide once you send your design to us.
- Design size should be 54mm
- Bleed Area: Bleed is the area of your design that's trimmed off when its cut to its final size. It ensures your image reaches the very edge of the design and that there are no white edges. We need 3mm bleed on all documents. (Design background needs to be extend to the bleed area, adding white border is not a solution. That means your final product will have white border)
- Safe Zone: Safe Zone is the area of your design that is closest to the edge of the paper, right next to where your design will be trimmed off.
As it's so close to the trim line we strongly recommend the following to ensure you get best result. Please avoid putting any text 5mm or less from the edge of the document. Text placed in this area will run so close to the edge that it may get trimmed off. You just need to ensure your design has sufficient margins on the edges of all pages to avoid trimming issues. - Resolution (Image Quality): As a general rule, any image that's 300 dpi or above is high resolution, making ideal for printing.
We recommend always printing images and art files with 300 dpi to ensure that the finished product looks high quality and professional. - You can provide your design in these formats: PDF, PNG, JPG, EPS, PSD, AI
Please do not provide your design with trim marks, colour bar etc. - if you can't add bleed area, safe zone before sending your design to us, we'll do our best to add it for you. We'll either expand the size of the document (but this will move the texts closer to the edge). But for the best results, we strongly recommend adding it before sending your designs.

- Orders will be dispatched within 3 business days weekdays when it passes art check without any problem.
- Deliveries
- Depending on the quantity of your order, we will dispatch your order via Royal Mail or DHL or DPD. Our free of charge delivery is 2nd Class Royal Mail.
If you would like to faster delivery, you can upgrade your delivery option to 1st class or DHL next day delivery while you are ordering at the checkout on Postage section.
Returns are accepted within 14 days of the purchase. All items must be unused and in it’s original packaging. Please note that the buyer is responsible for the cost to return the item. Due to the bespoke nature of the product, a return does not necessarily mean that you will qualify for a refund.
Refunds are only provided if there is a manufacturer defect on the item, the item has been lost by the courier, or is damaged in transit. If you notice damage on the parcel upon receipt simply refuse the item or sign for it as damaged. Buyers should note that any errors in type or spelling including colour matching issues are not covered under this policy. To qualify for refunds we would require you to supply images regarding the defect and in some cases we will require you to post the item to us for inspection. All delivery costs for returned items have to be paid for by the buyer. Upon receipt of the item please ensure that you check your item fully before signing for it. If you notice damage on the parcel simply refuse the item or sign for it as damaged. Failure to sign for the item as damaged will affect your refund claim.
