All our shipping routes are extremely fast and our standard shipping take only 3-8 working days worldwide. Expedite will take 1-4 days.
All items will be shipped within a few working days from the order.
We offer three shipping options:
Standard shipping usually takes about 3 - 6 working days to Europe and about 3 - 8 working days to the rest of the world. When you buy items over 1,2kg we will upgrade your standard shipment to registered or express shipping. Priority / EMS shipping takes usually about 1 - 6 working days to Europe and about 2 - 8 working days to the rest of the world. All priority shipments to the US, South America, and Asia will be sent with EMS expedited shipment without any extra costs to reduce the shipping time. DHL Express in very fast and the package will be delivered to your house. You will be notified over your DHL package, so you can change the delivery time, destination and day if you want to. All small and heavy items are best for expedite DHL shipping. Note that an expedite package cannot be shipped to a PO Box. We also need a phone number for delivery.
MELTING:
When buying chocolate to a warm climate we courage you to use an expedited shipping service. We can then add cooling gel packs to avoid melting.
CUSTOMS:
When we sell items outside the European Union there might be import taxes for you to pay. You need to be aware of any restrictions and fees that may be subjected to your order. Ebay will not show the costs in the order. The carriers may also take a small fee if there are import taxes to be paid.

Combined shipping:
The shipping discounts are calculated automatically. You pay the normal shipping cost for your first item only. Any further items will automatically get a discount on the shipping cost. The correct shipping price will be calculated in your cart when adding items. The extra items are only about 10-20% of the first shipping cost so you always save when buying more at once.

Payment Policy:
We accept Paypal payments only. We send only to the address given to Paypal and eBay.
Payment is expected within 3 days once the auction ended, an unpaid item dispute will be filed if payment is not received in 1 week. If you need time with the payment or have problems, please contact us
Return Policy:
We accept all return of unused items in original boxes. Please make sure to read the item description carefully to avoid unnecessary returns, such as wrong region code on a DVD. Items from the grocery department such as candy and chocolate cannot be returned for health issues.
If you have an issue with an item, please contact us and we will help you out. All items will be returned at buyer's expense.
