A relatively early edition (first published 1852), complete with all 8 plates including frontispiece (many copies lack plates or have fewer than 8).
Corners worn through (esp. at bottom), top and bottom of spine chipped, some edge-wear. Pages yellowed with sporadic foxing, smudges, minor blemishes. Binding reasonably firm. Good plus/VG minus.
