This Portugal 2003 block of stamps commemorates the issue of the first Portuguese postage stamp. The colorful design depicts a historical event and is of very fine quality, as it has never been hinged. The stamps are denominated in decimal currency and were issued in Portugal and its colonies. They are certified by CTT and are a great addition to any stamp collection.
