This volume discusses architect Joseph R. Gill's strategy in creating structurally sound framing for cottage roofs. The volume includes nineteen different pitches, featuring plates to showcase these pitches and textual explanations of what the plates represent. Very scarce. The issues with the binding could provide an opportunity for restoration, if desired by the buyer.
