We cannot guarantee door to door delivery for every customer. Buyers in remote areas such as farms, islands, mining camps, small towns, or out-towners, etc may either user a different delivery address or choose pick up option.

Bookings are essential. Collection available from our NSW warehouse at Prestons NSW 2170. Mon-Fri 9am-5pm Saturday 9am-1pm (excl. public holidays). Payment must be made prior to arrival. No products are on display. Almost all items are available for same day pickup from both warehouses.

Tools In A Box offer a 12 month warranty on all our toolboxes use from the date of purchase (unless noted otherwise). We cover gas struts, rubber seals, t-locks. Welding and aluminium are not covered due to the use of the product.
If you've changed your mind or purchased in error you may be entitled to return the product for a partial refund. We must be notified within 30 days of you receiving the item, and it must be returned in original unused re-saleable condition with all tags and packaging in the following 14 days.
