There are no returns. There are no item replacements. If an item is lost, damaged or stolen, i am more than happy to help walk you through finding your package as much as possible. Please check with neighbors to see if your package was accidentally delivered to the wrong address or to your neighbors. Items may accidentally be shipped to the wrong locations, view your tracking number to see where your item is located, it may be on hold, late, delayed, etc. Check with your local post office, and mailman. I am sorry if you may not be happy with a purchase. Once an item is purchased, you are helping out in charity by buying an item & some of that money will go straight to charity. Please look at all pictures, sizes and descriptions before buying to see what you are actually buying. I do my best to give the best details of the item.

We have a Shipping Process using Lean Manufacturing with New and Vintage items. Using Lean we have a process with our items using JIT Production, Line Balancing, Kanban System, One Piece Flow, etc. All our items are First in, First out purchases that will not stop the flow of shipments being shipped out.

Found these somewhere and thought they were pretty cool since you don't see cassettes anymore and they're hard to find.
