Overview
GlowShift’s White 7 Color Series 30 PSI Fuel Pressure Gauge is designed for any diesel truck running lower fuel pressure, displaying accurate readings from 0 to 30 PSI. This gauge will let you know if your vehicle’s fuel pressure is running at optimal levels. It will also keep you alerted if the pressure level is too low which could result in damage to your fuel pump or injectors, in addition to a loss of overall horsepower. Parts required for installation are covered with accessories including a fuel pressure sensor, wiring harnesses and mounting hardware.
White 7 Color Series
GlowShift’s White 7 Color Gauge Series features a white gauge face, magnified clear lens and illuminated red needle that sweeps 270°. Each analog gauge is equipped with stepper motor technology creating a combination of accurate readings and extremely smooth needle movement. Ultra-bright LED solid color modes include Blue, Green, Red, Teal, Yellow, Purple and White. With GlowShift’s 7 color LED through dial lighting system you can select and change the color of your gauge display by simply pressing the button located on the front of the gauge.
Note: This gauge includes a 1/8-27 NPT thread size on the sensor and your vehicle may not come equipped with the same thread size. An additional threading adapter may be required for the installation of the sensor. If you are unsure if your application will require additional threading adapters, please contact a GlowShift Technical Support Specialist.
Dodge Cummins Note: A Snubber Valve is required when installing a 30 PSI Fuel Pressure Gauge into a Dodge Ram Cummins. The Snubber Valve regulates, normalizes and eliminates fuel pressure spikes that are present during the ignition and startup on the Dodge Cummins Diesel Engine through the use of a regulator. High pressure fuel system spikes during startup are harmful and may cause early and unexpected failure of electronic fuel pressure sensors and/or sending units for fuel pressure gauges.
GM Duramax Note: If you are installing this electric fuel pressure gauge to a GM Duramax engine, an aftermarket lift pump is required for this gauge to function properly.
