Unusual piece that I am struggling to ID.  Due to the base, I am fairly certain it is Fenton or Viking.  There are petals along the base of the bowl- very close to the Viking line.  There are no chips or cracks.  It measures approx 4.75 inches tall x 7.75 x 4.5 inches wide.
