Cramp Bark:



Cramp Bark is a plant that grows in North America. Other common names of that plant are guelder-rose, guelder rose, water elder, cramp bark, snowball tree and European cranberrybush.

A tea can be made by pouring a teacup (200 ml) of boiling water over 1-2 tsp of Cramp Bark and allow it to soak for 5 to 10 min. After this time strain it.
