This is the Model 5 belt clip. It is excellent for mounting on KYDEX and leather carry systems and is very durable. This model is Black coated (Tactical style) and is common on military sheaths.

Each Model 5 3-Hole holster belt clip comes with (3) AV-SP-125-BK slotted post, (3) Truss Head Phillips Drive Screw (AV-832THP-BK-250), and (3) W-EPDM-500180125 washer. This mounting hardware setup is perfect for most applications.
