This enameled copper brooch by Mattise Renoir is from the 1950's and was named "Sari."  It is a book piece in Burkholz & Kaplan's "Copper Art Jewelry" on page 84.  The graceful lines ans luminous enamel make this brooch a pleasure to behold!  

MAKER~  This brooch is signed on the reverse Matisse Renoir in all caps with the copyright symbol.   

SIZE~ This brooch measures 3" tall and is 1-1/4“ wide at the widest point. 

CONDITION~ This brooch is in Excellent Condition!  The enamel is intact.  There is no wear or discoloration to the copper metal.  The standard pin back is in good working order.  There are no repairs or alterations.  Pre-loved & ready to wear!
