Ship worldwide using DHL EXPRESS (3 - 7 days) shipping . Tracking number will be uploaded as soon as item are shipped. Please allow 2-4 business before you can track your package from the system after tracking number been uploaded. We do not ship to PO box address. Please submit a return in your eBay order page and we will send you the RMA number., All items must be returned in the original retail packaging. Please include a detail description of the problem with the item/order. We are unable to accept returns for used items, or items where sanitary issues prohibit a return. Should the reason for the return be due to an issue on our part, we will make it right - at no cost to you.
