• Strong shots: New mechanics allow you to take risks when hitting the ball to fire a more powerful and impressive shot. Free yourself from defenders and make a strong shot to increase the power of your strike and the chance of a spectacular goal.

• Changed set pieces: Overhauling the set-piece mechanics gives you more control over free kicks, penalties and corners. You can now select the point where you hit the ball to change its direction, trajectory, degree of spin, etc. Additionally, changing the camera position in corner kicks better reflects the drama of the restarting situation.

• Physics on the pitch: Updated FIFA 23 physics makes many of the interactions on the pitch more natural and realistic:
